eCommerce oriented to sales to professional users (B2B) and integrated with SAP Business One

Briefing

With the aim of setting up an eCommerce aimed at sales to trade users (B2B), they chose TLG Commerce to undertake the project.

Among their requirements they specified that trade users should be able to apply for registration as distributors using a contact form and the Commerce should serve as a product catalog for private customers (B2C), without the option of purchasing but allowing them to look up all the products with their RSP.

Strategy and services

The challenge for TLG Commerce was to modernize the Bosch Marín online brand by creating a Commerce and integrating it with its ERP, SAP Business One by Seidor, the leading multinational in IT solutions and management software consulting solutions, suited to all the peculiarities of its products and to its way of selling, creating different prices depending on the user.

What were your main reasons for choosing TLG Commerce?

Right from the start TLG Commerce was able to empathize, understand and deliver a solution oriented towards our eCommerce. Their readiness to provide solutions and the attitudes and skills of the TLG Commerce team are not common among the competition.
We faced the challenge of adapting all our product types to a web format in which the user would be able to understand each type of product, and this was not at all easy, because it also had to be integrated with our ERP, SAP Business One by Seidor, in order to automate internal management processes with the Commerce.

LogiCommerce is a fast, intuitive tool. Compared with other management platforms, we would give it a rating of 7.5 out of 10.

Perhaps in terms of usability of the backoffice, there might be room to improve the way screens are presented when editing several products at once, and some other aspects of browsing the main menus.
